Medical Records Document Imaging System

We provided consulting services for a government agency during the initial planning phase for an imaging system. We assisted in the development of the requirements for the imaging system. After the final installation, we assumed on-going support for the system, including all hardware and software upgrades and network administration.

Personnel Records Document Imaging System

We conducted a complete systems analysis, then designed and installed a full-text-indexing document imaging system for a private personnel placement firm. As a part of the installation, we provided custom integration services to use an existing multi-function device. We also developed a procedure to import their backlog of archived data files.

Network System Design and Support

We designed and installed cabling and network hardware for a Windows NT network at a community-service agency. As part of our site planning, we recommended an upgrade to the site’s wiring. After the wiring infrastructure upgrade, we built a server, configured all users and software, added internal company e-mail and set-up secure remote access capabilities.

Training

We provided UNIX, NT and Network Management Training for a Fortune 100 company as part of a multi-year consulting contract. Our Instructors provided training in System Administration, Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and System Upgrades at various sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
